Flexibility and access, without on-going costs or employment overheads:

If you are a medium business with limited HR resources, outsourcing your HR function makes sense from both a financial and capability viewpoint.  We can assist with some or all of your HR requirements, as you need it, on your terms. That way, you only pay for the service as and when you need it.

Similarly, larger organisations may have their own internal HR department, but a perceived conflict of interest may necessitate an independent HR presence.  HR Spectrum works with larger organisations on a variety of projects, from Mediation and 360 degree or “behavioural/cultural” reviews with Executives, to Workplace Investigations into complaints involving bullying, harassment or other misconduct.

Available for projects varying from days to months (or even just hours!), we will work with you to meet your needs. Projects can be undertaken on-site or off-site, and can be conducted after hours or interstate if required.

Who Are We?

Leading the team, Christina Grover is the founder and Managing Director of HR Spectrum.

Christina is a skilled and respected HR practitioner, Nationally Accredited Mediator, and Workplace Investigator.  She has extensive experience, working in the Professional Services, IT, Educational, Mining, Retail, Manufacturing, Marketing & Pharmaceutical Industries over the past 20 years.  She also has experience working with clients in the Government and Not-for-Profit sector. 

Her strengths include the development of workplace cultures, conflict resolution & mediation; and Workplace Investigations into bullying, sexual harassment & other misconduct; as well as generalist HR consulting and Change Management.

A skilled facilitator and presenter, Christina is a Nationally Accredited Mediator (NMAS 2013) and Executive Coach (IEC accredited).

HR Spectrum has access to a network of skilled associates, for larger assignments requiring a team of consultants.  We also obtain advice from appropriately qualified experts in employment law matters, as required.
